    DEAR SUSHMAJI,

I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOU TO DISTANCE YOURSELF FROM MR. GADKARI UNTIL HE IS TOTALLY CLEARED OF ALL WRONG DOINGS, IF AT ALL HE HAS DONE ANY.

AS A RESPONSIBLE MEMBER OF A MAJOR POLITICAL PARTY, YOU MUST PRESS FOR DISCLOSURE OF ALL INFORMATION RELATED TO THE SCANDAL ON GADKARI. YOU WILL BE DOING A GREAT SERVICE TO THE NATION & SPECIFICALLY TO BJP BY CLEARING THE AIR. IF MR. GADKARI IS AT FAULT, BJP SHOULD SHOW HIM THE DOOR. THIS WILL DO A WORLD OF GOOD FOR BJP IN 2014 OR EVEN EARLIER. PLS DONT EVER CARRY SUCH EXCESS BAGGAGES ON YR BACK SINCE YOU ARE ONE OF THE BEST POLITICIANS I HAVE SEEN AND MAIN HOPE OF THE FUTURE GENERATIONS.

Madam – If you are absent in exam, the result is a fail grade and you don’t pass the exam, you have to reappear. So SP and BSP heads must counted in Parliament on the day of vote on FDI. Technically those head counts of SP and BSP must be added to all opposing votes of 218 and the results counted on the day of vote on FDI. This point must be taken to Supreme Court for Justice under a P.I.L headed by BJP and Traders Association of INDIA.

    Hon,ble sir,

If BJP allows promotion in reservation bill, they will not be able to get 1 seat from urban as last dey did mistake insulting PM

Last time, I have inform you that even I will not vote if you continue to insult PM, now again we will not poll if you allow promotion in reservation bill to be passed this will completely abolish name of BJP in UP and all urban cities.

Poor needs job for progress not promotion in job which undermine moral of general category and down play quality of jobs.

Please save BJP from disastrous further due to lack of foresightedness and without any single line policy on any subjects,

    With warm regards,
    RAJ VIJ

    Respected Sushma ji,
It is for your kind information that VIth Pay Commission has ruined the future of Group-B Gazetted Officers in Central Govt. Services, they have put in the grade pay of Rs 4600/- which has equated them with their subordinates and some where subordinates are in higher grade pay. Since the group-B gazetted Officers are the main supervisory officers, they are finding it difficult to maintain work culture and facing humiliation from their subordinates. DOPT has rejected the request to provide them Rs 5400/- Grade pay. Further MACP has also deprived us in getting the benefit of financial upgradation in the hierarchy of cadre which has created cadre within cadre and instead of working in same post we are not getting same pay. If MACP scheme be implemented after 31st March 2009 instead of 31st August 2008, it may also solve various problems.
Kindly look in to the matter personally and do some thing to provide at least Rs5400/- Grade pay to the Group-B Gazetted Officers.

    Regards

    Respected Sushma jee,

I would like to drag your attention, With reference to recent incident happened in New Delhi, of violence against women.

I have tried calling to the “Department of Social Welfare” also in this matter, but my phone call got disconnected.

That’s why I am writing you this mail.

    I have a suggestion,

why the CCTVs cameras can be installed inside in all the buses. so that if anyone trying to do any kind of offence to anybody, can be caught, and it will also help the law agencies to perform their tasks in quicker manner.

I expect that you will provide your due attention to the matter.

    Thanks
    Rishi Ranjan

    Respected Madame,
THE MAIL I SENT TO YOUR ID WAS NOT DELIVERED.

After the recent incident of Gang Rape of a woman in National Capital you had demanded Death for all Rape Case.

I submit that death is the last of all punishments and the culprit has an easy escape from his sin and the matter will be forgotten and there will be repeat of offence by others. But the victim will live with the pain, mental trauma, and social injustice for the rest of her life. So the person must be allowed live and to tell others ” WHAT NOT TO DO” It is possible if he lives either in Jail or in probation after the jail term with a permanent mark tell all others who meet him that he is a RAPIST.

I am of strong opinion that you must suggest to amend the Law, which will prescribe an additional punishment of HOT BRANDING The Culprit with the word ” RAPIST”, prominently on his fore head and Both cheeks. He will not be able to hide all the brand marks, as hair will not grow over the Brand in the Cheek.

No one including his own family members would NOT(NOT) like to be seen with him. Strangers will walk away from him after seeing the mark. the Brand will warn Girls to Keep away from the RAPIST

I request you to kindly examine the suggestion and pitch strongly to include the punishment for all Past and Present and Future Rapists.

With warm regards and Best wishes for a Happy New Year,

    Sincerely,

    viswanatha BK

    Hon.& Respected

    1. Minister, Health & Family Welfare , GOI

    2. Leader of Opposition, Loksabha

    3. Leader of Opposition, Rajya Sabha

    Sirs/Madam,

The menace of corruption in Dental Council of India stems from the fact that Capitation fee is collected for admission to both UG and PG courses against the orders of Hon. Supreme Court in TMA Pai, Islamic Academy, PA Inamdar, Asha, Priya Gupta etc. Most of the Institutions are supposed to be Charitable Institutions functioning on non profitable motive. But in reality they collect hefty Capitation fee/ Donation, both in Cash and as donation to the trust in lieu of admission to Professional Courses-literally murdering MERIT.

Please look at the line of legal luminaries lined up in NEET cases in Hon. Supreme Court. In order to maintain and continue with the Capitation fee, they are fighting by spending large sums of money. Who are the losers- Nation, frustrated Merit students. Future health care needs of country is put in jeopardy. Unless Merit based admissions are in place Capitation fee menace cannot be stopped. Some of the Deemed Universities are demanding 2 crores for a MD/ MS seat. Capitation fee collected runs in to several thousands of crores every year. This fuels corruption.Merit becomes a casualty. A nation failing to address this problem cannot raise itself to developed status.

Statutory Councils fall prey to temptation of corruption as Institutions are collecting Capitation fee. Finally CBI has started unearthing lot of corruption in Dental Council of India as per the Media reports..One of the Executive committee member of DCI has made hundreds of crores in bribe money.

Statutory Councils like DCI has violated several of Parliamentary agreed regulations to recommend to GOI after accepting bribes. It is not only criminal offence but also contempt of Parliament. Inspection reports are doctored, manipulated by bribing officials/ members of DCI and in many cases Inspectors too. It is time Hon. Sirs/ Madam to be together in the welfare of the Nation to take every step to punish the Corrupt members of DCI and other statutory bodies and put in a perfect system in place.

It is a grey area who should initiate the process of rectification. If according to Hon. Health Minister if only Parliament has to take action on corruption in statutory bodies like DCI, at least a committee should be formed to over see the same or authorize Executive the needed. powers.Periodic amendments to Act,Regulations should be carried out. There cannot be compromise on health education and health care in the Country.

A clarification of Parliament is needed who should monitor functioning of Statutory councils like DCI , if executive stand is that they cannot take action on Statutory Councils being established by an Act of Parliament.

    Respected Sushmaji,

The email sent by me from my yahoo account revealing issues of Road Accident Victims in India and menace of high uninsured vehicle population in India is not receiving any response. I fel,t a leader of your stature, who must be concerned about nonsense, victims of accident (mostly Widows) face, would wake up, a woman like you. I look upoun you as Ma Durga and Mahalakshmi. You are gifted with a face comparable to Mahalkshmi, the Goddess we worship. Would this Goddess look in to this serious issue of accident victims? I had given a brief and details (an executable model) for paying all accident claims pending in India. Hon’ble Supreme Court of India speaking through Ravindran J also recommended a scheme for these victims in Jaiprakash Vs National Insurance.

How long, would people of this socialist India need to wait for Justice in distributive form for these victims of road accidents?

    Smt Sushma Swaraj,

I have tried sending this letter through your mail ID sushmaswaraj@hotmail.com but the mails keep bouncing.

I can address you thus as I am 65 years old .
I would like to draw your attention to the news item below under the subject heading.
Parliament has earned a very bad name for itself by having so many criminals as its “honourable members”. Two of these honourable members have been convicted just two days back. One of them should be spending 4 years in jail and we should hear the others sentence tomorrow, maybe 5 to 7 years.
As the news item shows, there are still 72 more MPs who could be convicted and jailed but for the delaying tactics they employ to postpone their conviction. Of these 18 are from your party.
You have seen how the general public has become intolerant towards our criminal legislators.
Before the general public start demanding it, I would suggest you approach the Supreme Court to appoint fast track courts to hasten the trials of these 72 MPs so that they are either honourably discharged of their crimes or convicted for their crimes, before the next elections, due in 2014.
This will show, you have started taking the initiative to weed out corrupt politicians from your party and retrieve some of its prestige. It will also show you genuinely want to clean up your party.

At the time of the next parliamentary elections in 2014, we do not want to see a single criminal candidate from the Bharatiya Janata Party Party.

    Yours sincerely,
    Radheshyam Sharma

New Delhi, Oct 1 (IANS) As many as 72 sitting MPs face criminal charges and could be disqualified if convicted for over two years, watchdog Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) said Tuesday.
According to a study by the NGO, of these MPs, 18 are from the Bharatiya Janata Party while the Congress has 14, Samajwadi Party (eight), Bahujan Samaj Party (six), AIADMK (four), Janata Dal-United (three) and Communist Party of India-Marxist (two). The remaining 17 belong to smaller parties.
The issue has come into focus after a Delhi court convicted Congress MP Rashid Masood in the MBBS scam case and a Central Bureau of Investigation court in Ranchi Monday convicted Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad in the multi-crore fodder scam case.
One reason for the low rate of conviction is the excruciatingly slow pace at which hearings of cases proceed in courts, said the NGO working for transparency in politics.
ADR said that an analysis of the elections (including 2009 Lok Sabha and assembly polls since 2008) of the 4,807 elected members (MPs and state legislators), 1,460 (30 percent) have declared criminal cases against them.
Of these, 688 (14 percent) face serious criminal cases.
It further said not all convictions lead to disqualification of sitting MPs or state legislators but only those related to the cases registered under violations mentioned in section 8(1), 8(2) and 8(3) as per the July 10 Supreme Court judgment.

    Dear Mrs. Swaraj,
IT fails our logic and understanding when v.v.senior politicians of your party refuse to retire with grace…Shouldnt they be mentors and guides to the younger talent ? Rather they behave like possessive ma-in-laws who refuse to let go of the reins. Moreover as a normal citizen it feels as if you are betraying your party by back biting.
