No. 1850/2013 in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi praying inter alia for quashing of F.I.R. No. 386/1999 P.S. Parliament Street the Director of Prosecution, Delhi has filed an application U/S 321 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of the prosecution in view of the permission so granted by Lt. Governor of Delhi in terms of letter dated 9/07/2008, however, the said application was erroneously turned down by the Ld. Magistrate vide letter dated 26.07.2008 . The next date of hearing in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi is 14.07.2014
